These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website of Souza Wholesale Trailers LLC (“Souza Wholesale Trailers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Website Information and Inventory

Website content, including unit descriptions, photographs, availability, prices, specifications, incentives, and financing information, is provided for general information only. Inventory may be sold, changed, or unavailable without notice. Errors can occur. A listing, quote, online request, or email confirmation is not a binding offer to sell. Before a sale is final, Souza Wholesale Trailers will confirm the trailer, VIN or serial number when applicable, condition, price, fees, taxes, financing terms, and availability.

Purchases, Deposits, Financing, and Delivery

Any purchase is subject to the written documents provided for that transaction. All sales are final. Deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, financing, delivery, title, registration, warranty, and trade-in terms are governed by the applicable written agreement and law. No return, exchange, or refund is available after a sale is completed unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Souza Wholesale Trailers. Financing is subject to lender approval and is not guaranteed. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Deposits; Reservation of Inventory

All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit may be transferred and applied toward the purchase of a different trailer in Souza Wholesale Trailers’ available inventory, subject to our written approval and the availability of the selected unit at the time of transfer. A transferred deposit does not reserve, guarantee the availability of, or establish the price, specifications, financing, delivery date, or other terms for a different trailer.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by Souza Wholesale Trailers, a deposit reserves the identified trailer for fourteen (14) calendar days beginning on the date the deposit is received. The customer must complete all required purchase conditions within that period, including financing approval where applicable, execution of required documents, payment of the remaining balance, and pickup or delivery arrangements.

If the purchase is not completed within the 14-day reservation period, Souza Wholesale Trailers may release the trailer from reservation and return it to available inventory for sale to another customer, without further notice or obligation. The customer may request that the non-refundable deposit be transferred to another available trailer; however, no transfer is valid unless and until Souza Wholesale Trailers confirms it in writing.

Manufacturer Limited Warranty

Unless a written sales agreement states otherwise, a new trailer sold by Souza Wholesale Trailers may include a limited manufacturer warranty. That warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by Souza Wholesale Trailers, and is governed exclusively by the manufacturer’s written warranty terms, exclusions, duration, registration requirements, and claim procedures.

Warranty coverage, repairs, parts, labor, reimbursement, and replacement requests require the manufacturer’s review and approval before work is considered covered. Souza Wholesale Trailers may assist with submitting a claim or coordinating service, but cannot approve a manufacturer warranty claim or guarantee coverage. Normal wear, misuse, accident damage, unauthorized alterations, improper maintenance, transportation costs, and other exclusions may not be covered. Please review the manufacturer warranty documents supplied with the trailer and obtain approval before authorizing warranty work.

Text Messages and Electronic Communications

With your express opt-in consent, Souza Wholesale Trailers sends conversational messages only about your trailer inquiry, quote, appointment, order, delivery, service, or customer support request.

Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape data without written permission, or use website content in a way that infringes rights or violates law.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The website’s text, design, images, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Souza Wholesale Trailers or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. The website may link to third-party sites, including finance providers. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Souza Wholesale Trailers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
